The Halal Food Company operate a kitchen not a food factory. Our team of multi award winning chefs cook our recipes in small batches – this is fundamental to the way we work, we want to provide our customers with a high quality product that is full of favour and safe to eat.
Our kitchen is BRC accredited and our chefs have won to date – 8 Blas na hEireann national Food Awards as well as Great Taste and Freefrom awards…all in the past 3 years.
Our recipes and range also take into consideration the fact the UK Muslim community eat meat in the following order of preference – Chicken, Lamb, Beef, others…while non Muslims eat more Beef than lamb.
